We really do not have any top player who everyone looks for each game to put up the numbers. Instead, we have a revolving "top dog" game after game.
This situation makes it damn hard for the coaching staff to have the "best" players on the court when you want them. We see some of these guys light it up early and then fade. The real question is who do they look up to and need to be on the court with them?
Of course, fouls often dictate the changes and our style of play is going to collect them a lot faster than a team that plays a vanilla defense.
But, there is no question that some of the usual top players are struggling. Harper looks to be forcing things and Baker may not really be all that ready. Young goes from outstanding to that rudderless speed boat in an instant.
