4* Patrick Payton now a 93 (No 8 OLB) moved to #150 overall
3* Henry Lutovsky now a 89 (No22 OG)
3* James Carnie now a 89 (No15 TE)

- I had a feeling Carnie was one we’d regret letting slip away. 247 considering him #15 TE overall is quite the compliment for a kid with no power 5 offers over the summer.

If those TE recruits stick (ie., don't change their minds and/or transfer) and pan out, we should be set at TE for a while.

I continue to like this staff's track record of grabbing commits who end up being upgraded to 4*. They're seeing something in their talent evaluation.

ummmmm...kind of awkward here....but isn't James Carnie already a Nebraska commit?

Totally agree. More often than not they’re finding guys who get ratings bumped up before all is said and done.
It’s not quite there yet on the field, but we’ll see how their talent evals pan out.
