Ryan Wilson posted the following on Eklund's site earlier this week in response to the news about Sestito. If you haven't seen it, tell me what you think...... http://www.hockeybuzz.com/blog.php?post_id=70625&blogger_id=177 I gotta' tell you, I'm not altogether sure I disagree with him in the strictest sense; though I still think most teams need someone available on the fringes to keep the remaining cement heads around the League from taking too many runs at your better/less physical players. I did visit the HOF once back in the late 90's; it was right down in the middle of town in that building with the diagonal front entrance on (I think) Yonge. Not sure if that's the "newer" location to which you refer. Was hoping to find a way to get back down there now that I was working Toronto again. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen now; will talk about that with you some other time. Meanwhile, was wondering if you happened to catch Boomer Gordon's preseason review of the Penguins on NHL Network Radio yesterday afternoon. I'm sorry I missed it; though among traditional hockey media who (over the past few years) have turned violently against the Penguins, he's got precious little good to say about Sid, GMJR, Mario, or anyone else associated with the franchise anymore. I'd been getting the impression over the summer he thought they were a team which might take a big step backward and miss the playoffs altogether this year. Even the most jaded Penguins fan has to admit they have questions on defense; but they're light years deeper up front.....and that's before you add Kessel to the mix. If Flower holds up again......and I realize that could be viewed by some as a comparatively big IF......I honestly think this could be a 110 point team (though, I'm not sure I'd bet on it).
