Devyn Marble absolutely WAS a Lickliter recruit. I recall seeing some of his quotes (Twitter or whatever) where he wasn't happy when Lickliter was canned. Oh sure, I imagine Fran talked to Devyn and convinced him to stay ("recruited" him) but Lickliter secured the initial commitment.
