There have been several posts on here that say Frost needs at least 10 years.....one guy said 10-12 years....and another delusional guy said it could take 20 years. I am curious what this group really thinks.....

Not even back in the 1970s would a coach be given 10-12 years. Cripes sakes already.

At this point he is on a one year at a time check.

There are two correct answers here. Option one and five. Only a blind fool or Scott Frost would vote different.

I don’t remember anyone seriously saying a coach should take 10+ years to turn a program around. I think sometimes people just invent narratives to give themselves something to argue about. Like the moral victories thing, I don’t think anyone is actually celebrating them, but some posters love to act like it to have something to yell about.

It should be four years, however, what do you do with last year? The pandemic year where teams were all over the map with not being prepared for games/players sitting out etc? Just my opinion but I wouldn’t count that year against a coach
This year was very telling that Frost fell woefully short and now has to regroup on the fly to make significant improvement in less than a year
As a Nebraska fan count me along for the ride
I’ll be interested to see who the hires are in the coming weeks
