Keep buying tickets for CONFERENCE games on a NEUTRAL floor when no one other than Maryland does it than they will keep doing it...
Poor attendance will show the silliness of giving up a home conference game to a neutral court

Me too it sent me to ticketmaster which I did and when I go to add it to my wallet it just keeps going back and forth without going into my wallet
I was able to save my ticket to the Wallet. However I transferred tickets to my seatmates, they were able to accept the transfer but can't save it to their wallet because they get an error that the ticker is intended for me.
This happens with every transfer from Ticketmaster, I've researched and there are solutions online but none of them work.
So, they'll be using the Ticketmaster app to bring up their tickets at MSG. fingers crossed!

I got my email as well. I clicked the link and logged in and saw the tickets. I did this on my desktop. When I tried through the ticketmaster app, the tickets did not show up. I called the number on the webpage and spoke to someone. I was told I needed a different app. An app for MSG Knicks. Or, if I use my cell phone to open the email and click the link and log in, I will be able to transfer to the Apple Wallet. then I was told you can only do this within 48 hours of the game.
So much for making things easy.
In the end it all works out, but it took an hour to do it.

If you click the email link it’s a 1 minute at most operation if you have a Ticketmaster account.
I don’t blame you but my lady wanted a night in the city so here we are haha.

Huge event and draw. Especially this season when tix were supposed to be hard to get but any year MSG on a Sat is going to draw a big crowd with lots of fresh blood. Great for the brand building

Same thing happened to me for game in Newark when I bought from third party. Had to open app and scan.
What is the brand? Utter mismanagement of a once in a lifetime opportunity. If anything, try to keep prospective fans away from the dumpster fire.
It should be a good time, the garden is a special venue
I will be rooting for Rutgers as always regardless of my recent disappointment
