Is there a lot to use on game days and nights that would help alleviate traffic into the direct vicinity of THE RAC which we could shuttle fans from? Maybe by the Livingston Rec Center?

Sure, but then shuttle bus would get caught in traffic on the half-mile ride from the Livingtson gym to the RAC.
