so we have 6 players we can count on to try.
sometimes the oline blocked some. but they along with everyone else needs loads of work.

I finally got a good feel for the team watching this game, and Im not all doom and gloom about it.

600 yards of total offense...absolutely no special teams presence and 125 yards in penalties....averaged something like 12 yards a penalty, and negative in the turnover department. Special teams, and discipline are the most vulnerable areas for a new team with a new staff and new system. Completely at the mercy of the previous staff and depth, and with the limited amount of practice teams get on pr and kr. Defensive line is a major disappointment, but we did have our best player out today...which is a big deal. This team will surprise some teams but won't win because we ALWAYS lose the turnover battle and field position battle. I think we started past the 30 once the entire game, and bam, bam scored in a few plays. Fancy that.

the return guy on special teams fielded the ball ok, but I agree it need a lot of work, some of them penalties were out of line on the officials part, but I agree that needs a lot of work also.

Very encouraged by today. Lots of culture shift evident with the continued effort in second half. Culture will take another 2-3 years to really get entrenched.. will be a fun ride, bumpy but fun.

Saw some positives:
-Barry plays hard every play
-Bootle played solid. Is getting better
-Stille played hard
-Defense made key stops in the 4th qtr
-Kade Warner is emerging
-AMart is looking more comfortable
-Ozigbo was a beast
