Bronco's got flexed out of a primetime slot on Sunday evening, even though Mahomey was going to be on the other side. How bad do you have to be, to get removed from a primetime slot when the best player in the league will also be there? #wilsonremorse

I wasn't expecting Wilson of 5 years ago but I also wasn't expecting what we are witnessing either. Dude fell off a cliff.....and apparently very few people like him. That is a bad combo
Man, I don't usually toot my own horn but I kinda nailed this back in March! To be fair, even I didn't think there was any chance that Wilson would be THIS bad!
The Broncos' brass made the mistake of believing they were just a "QB away" from being a Super Bowl contender, when in fact the offense is full of holes. Even when healthy, the Broncos don't have a single offensive player who would start for the Chiefs. The defense is the best in the division and one of the best in the league, but not dominant enough to cover for the **** show on the other side of the ball.
None of this is an excuse for Wilson, who has been absolutely awful. Trading for him was bad enough, but it was the contract extension Denver gave him after the trade that's the real killer. And they gifted that to him even after showed he up for camp 20 pounds overweight.
I was hoping the Broncos would bite the bullet, draft Kenny Pickett and accept the fact that they were a couple of years away from contending. But they didn't, and now they are a decade away.

Interesting that the only guy to lose his job out of the embarrassment that they've put on the field is Melvin Gordon. Guess its all his fault.
This is true. And I wonder if good free agents will avoid the Broncos for a while since they're stuck with Russ for at least three more years
Not a big Seahawk fan, but I do watch them since I live in Washington. Russ has been trending downward the past two seasons with the Hawks. He is a strange dude. Likes to come across as being selfless when he is the opposite. Was famous for doing things like going to Children's Hospital, very commendable, but then we had to hear every detail about it and a film crew was always there. Talks about being all about the team when all of the Legion of Boom could not stand him. Going to the Broncos was not about getting more say on how the team is run or getting away from Pete Carroll's directives to run the ball. It was all about Russ getting more money. I am sure you have all read where he paid the highest price ever for a single- family home in the Denver market. Not a surprise. Hey, he can buy any house he wants, but this is again about Russ's ego. I am not so sure he didn't get worse since he married his second wife. Russ and a pop star. Surprised there is enough room for anyone else with those two.

they screwed up by not giving Mike Munchak, their star OL coach, a crack at the HC job.
shocked they don't fire Hackett now and let their DC audition for the job as he seems to be doing well.
