Honestly, is approval could be 0% but when it comes down to it, people will still vote the party especially if the DNC throws another dog of a candidate out there.

I think that is mostly true, however part of the reason is that Obama, Hillary, Pelosi, Reid, and Schumer have left the Democrat Party in a pile of ashes. So bad so, that many hard core Dem's voted Republican for the first time in their life. I can point to about 10 just looking out my windows.

Don't forget that some moderate Dems feared where the country would go with Warren and Saunders in key roles.
