But Mich St won AT Penn State.  Does Mich St win AT Utah St?  We will never know. Does Penn State beat Utah State?And, Cinncy's only loss was a close loss AT (a very good) Temple.  The SAME Temple that SMACKED Maryland.  The SAME Maryland that SMACKED Texas.  Does Texas beat Cinncy??? We will never know. So you see, there are inherent biases built into the rankings as far down as #'s 14, 15 and 16.</blockquote>
