The british are sending out troops to get evacuates to get citizens and bring them to the airport, while we sit on our hands with our thumbs up our ***. Serious tensions right now between British and American commanders.

Hence why I said send Blinken and Sullivan on vacation and tell the Commanders on the ground to just handle it.
Seriously I would have more faith in LCpl Schmuckatelli on the ground right now to make better decisions than those two clowns.
LCpl Schmuckatelli would have
1. kept open Bagram AB and the corridor between it and Kabul/Kandahar.
2. coordinated the evacuation with European and Afgan allies instead of picking up and leaving in the middle of the night ( I don't think some people realize what a crushing moral blow that was to the AFA).
Blinken and Sullivan are jokes but the military has a lot of blame to pass around.
The military leaders for sure. I know you'll agree, I'm damned proud of our soldiers and what they do!
In the story it talks about how rank and file are really pissed at their leadership.
They are following orders. Yes senior leadership could resign out of protest however this is being directed by those two clowns. Blame Biden also. He could tell them to take a seat give Commanders on the ground their mission of getting civilians out and let them decide the best way to do it. That's not what is happening and I promise you they know how to do this. Seriously this is all political ******** getting in the way.

It’s a return to the Obama doctrine of bottlenecking everything at the top. The administration is comprised of academics who believe the rank and file are just gorillas with guns. They don’t understand their troops and worse, they don’t trust them.
It’s why the rank and file, division commanders on down loved Trump. Maybe thought he was a moron in how he talked and looked, but they respected him as a President. For no other reason, he allowed them to exercise their discretion. He put trust in them.
A boot Lt. could have written a 5 paragraph order in an hour with our assistance that would have worked better than what those two clowns came up with in 8 months.
I'm reminded of the song "Send in the clowns." But, that's disrespectful to clowns who know what they are doing
1st Marine Division is Major General Turner. However this doesn't require a Division to accomplish. At least not from the same Division.

Marine Corps has MEF commanders which is basically the same as a NAF Cmdr or Army Cmdr
This is a job for the MEF. A MEU could get it done if they allowed them.
