I see patients one day a week in a fairly large jail, 900 inmates, and when Rand Paul said what he said about blacks being incarcerated more than whites. I started thinking about my experience and since september, I would think that 98% of the inmates I've seen are white. Most are there because of drugs and distribution. There are murders there too but it seems like most are there because of meth. Thoughts?
