Think we could make a debut at #25 Monday?

I could see this scenario especially in attempt to hype up Michigan. For the team I hope it doesn’t mean squat as it’s been the kiss of death to be ranked in recent years.

I don’t think they will make top 25, it will take a win over Michigan. What did we do this week to make a jump over several others ?
Only because other teams have lost is why. And like I said I could see them ranking us as it would look good for Michigan if they beat a ranked team.

Not a chance. Doubtful we make top 30. We were 35 last week in AP poll. I doubt any of the top 25 will drop to 35. Only one team between 25-34 lost and that was Florida. But we will get passed by Vanderbilt so likely stay at 35.

Nebraska will drop.Tulane and Vanderbilt will jump Nebraska. Notre Dame and (possibly) Florida and Clemson will be ahead of Nebraska.

I'm guessing a lot of the voters have been burned too many times by the "Nebraska's back" hype and will wait to see real evidence before going down that road again.

It’s high time that this program has something to prove Saturday, and beat a rated opponent not to mention conference opponent at home.

You beat ranked teams you get ranked it's really not too hard to understand. What is nice is to see is Cincinnati showing they are a far better team than most were giving them little credit for.

That still remains to be seen how good, they beat Bowling Green but Millard South or Westside could beat Northwestern State.

I hope not. We haven't done anything to deserve a ranking. We beat an okay Cincinnati team and two high school teams. Lets concentrate on Michigan and then worry about a ranking.

I think we have put enough on paper the last decade to warrant having to earn a ranking these days. As others have said, beat Meatchicken and maybe we deserve it.
