I thought that Micah was a good hire. Better seriously watch out for them this season. Harrar,Dread and Lundy stayed and the 2 guards who they got yesterday, one over Oregon can really play. They will compete for an NCAA bid.

I remember getting laughed at when I said I liked their hire.

We’ll see if it works out but they have to be happy with the early returns.

They have lost Wheeler who was a very good point and very good on defense. They have also lost Buttrick who was a good backup to Harrar and Brockington who scored over 12 ppg, and M. Jones who was their high scorer to Florida at over 15 ppg. That is 4 very important guys that they have lost. Dread is good but he came off the bench. We shall see how good they are.

There's a full rebuild here, I don't have any idea where it eventually goes, but probably a couple of years away.

Knights1212 has it right.

Harrar 5th year senior

2019 Patrick Kelly (497th ranked on 247)
2019 Abdou Tsimbila (319th ranked)
2019 Seth Lundy (221st, starter and good player)

2020 Dallion Johnson (353, didn't play much)
2020 Caleb Dorsey (437 didn't play much)
2020 DJ Gordon (had a RU offer, didn't play much)

Valdir Manuel (JUCO from St Pat's, who committed to SHU, St John's, St Joe's and Penn State) never enrolled at PSU....at New Mexico who got their coach fired and Pitino Jr takes over there.....8PPG there for the Lobos.

No 2021 recruits out of HS.....2 portal transfers (Jr) Pickett and Cornwell (grad). They had Elijah Hutchins-Everett from NJ committed, but he didn't stay committed with the new staff.....He joined Duke assistant coach Nate James, who took the job at Austin Peay.

Slow down on PSU, they're looking at a RU like 2 to 3 year climb like RU did under Pike, if it works out. And only if they grab a banner class in 2022 that hits on everything like RU did (RHJ, Young, Mathis, Caleb etc...)

Harrar (Starter)
Lundy (Starter)
Dread (2018 recruit/starter)
Pickett (MAAC POY-Starter)
Sessoms (6th man or starter)
Cornwall (Starter or 6th man)
Gordon
Kelly
Dorsey
Johnson
Tsimbila

Minnesota is rebuilding and Nebraska is retooling its roster, but PSU isn't ahead of anyone else. By the time Harrar and Dread depart, Pickett and Cornwell will be right behind them in Year 2.....it is a complete rebuild, but I like the staff and they're aggressive in recruiting in 2022-23.....

PSU really wanted Hyatt too, which would have sped up their rebuild beyond the next 2 years.

posting about their potential is a waste of time -- unless ,perhaps, you have some kind of need to satisfy your unfounded inferiority complex--as others have said f them.

We are lol. As if people don’t know who they are playing. Dumbest chant in college.
As silly as Ohio states obsession with itself. Overemphasis of “the” does not make them any better of a school…but in Columbus it makes them feel like they’re up there with the MITs of the world…silly tannic acid-filled nuts!
