Not very good at all from my view. WMU has a better O line. Every other aspect of this NU team looks pretty good.

Pass protection is good enough, run blocking is looking rough - Seems like JJTBC has to fight of someone in the backfield nearly everything carry, then invent his own hole to get positive yards. Pretty impressive what he has done so far with not much to go on.
Every other B1G team so far this week scored at least 28. Every other B1G team playing today has scored at least 28 by halftime.
I don't know why people expected our offense to be much better than last year. There's not a single reason for it, to my eye, to believe it's better - other than forgetfulness as to how lousy it was last year. And we still have the same play calls.
Let's be honest: even that first drive was put together with spit and band-aids. Requires to 4th down go-for it plays - like it was a 2 minute drill down by a touchdown where we had no choice.
