No. He has no argument for rookie of the year unless he throws another no hitter and that still probably wouldn't do it.

Julio Rodriguez of the Mariners has that award locked up. He's so good he just signed a $250 million dollar extension. He went from the minimum to one of the biggest contracts in his rookie season.

Yeah, pretty obvious that Rodriguez is ROY.
I was thinking more along the lines of pitching.
