Post #1 is unarguable. Matter of fact it's been that way since Democrats took over running America's largest cities. You can't find one where Liberal Democrats have been in control (a lot of 'em Negroes btw) where the city is well run, out of debt, with low taxes, great schools, effective policing, clean streets and low crime rates. NOT ONE
