Last NCAA appearance in march 1991

27 year itch is march 2018

Corey is a junior and Kwe a soph

Very Possible if we add some serious pieces with Kwe this November LOI day

Gonna take a LOT of pieces falling into place beyond Sanders, Parker, DJ Foreman, Mike Williams, Nigel Johnson, Diallo and Doorson...Get Ahmed and/or Jenkins or a similar piece and another PF that can enforce/rebound/block shots and you have a shot. Health and the B1G softening a little bit would help.

The biggest thing we have lacked for 25 years is the ability to SCORE and put the ball in the basket

The second biggest thing we have lacked is athleticism

Go back and look at the teams that came close to getting to the NCAA in the big east era. We were close bexause we had scoring and athleticism

Seeing a recruiting trend that is quickly changing this

You really only need 3 guys that can score in bunches and 4 guys who know their role.

In most seasons Rutgers was lucky to have 2 consistent double digit scorers.The level of competition requires Rutgers to average around 70 points per game just to have a winning record .A go to scorer in the front court is a absolute necessity .I don't know if Rutgers has that player on the squad right now.

We can only hope, but something tells me it will take more than Parker and Sanders.

I think Foreman, Doorson, and Williams will all be really good players, when they are 22 year old Seniors. Kwe and Sanders will not be all that we have.
