To be honest though, the Center is the worst culprit there.
I believe Remington got called in the Orange bowl against Clemson. How can a center be offsides? He is the “offsides“ delineation. Quite literally impossible for a center to be offsides.

False. How can a center be offsides? He is the “offsides“ delineation. it’s literally impossible for a center to be offsides.
.
That’s what TO asked that night.but to you later point on the neutral zone.no part of the center’s body including his helmet can be past the point of the football.that’s the only time I have seen it called . On this play our center is clearly offside but so is half of Akron.Could be, but I never remember it ever being called in all the games I’ve played in or watched from high school through college & beyond.
The center is allowed to be in the neutral zone, (the area between the office, and defensive fronts). Would love to have someone demonstrate to me how it would be possible for a center, during a normal snapping of a ball, to be on the defensive side of the neutral zone.
.
Remington, lolol.I believe Remington got called in the Orange bowl against Clemson.
Just wait. In a game where it matters, we’re going to line up like this and Haarberg will step back with the ball and pop a pass to a TE. THIS GAME WAS EYE CANDY FOR OPPOSING DCs.This is a coaching error. Dana needs to be better prepared for this and allow for an audible into an alternate play.
There are multiple plays you can run out of this against the same alignment.Just wait. In a game where it matters, we’re going to line up like this and Haarberg will step back with the ball and pop a pass to a TE. THIS GAME WAS EYE CANDY FOR OPPOSING DCs.
How does Holg, or Dylan not see this as a perfect opportunity for a bootleg? Quick fake to the fallback, Qb walks inJust like I said, they were completely selling out on the middle, anything outside would have been wide open. And that wasn't the only time either.
We had to have run that pass to the RB in the flat 10 times. At some point they’re going to fake that and the RB is going to cut up as the Qb pump fakes. I love what Dana is doing. High percentage perimeter passes are putting a lot of pressure on backers and safeties wanting to support in run defense. Granted it was Akron, but it was fun to watch. There are multiple plays you can run out of this against the same alignment.
I was just looking at that picture. Is it me not seeing or do I only see 10 red jerseys?Just wait. In a game where it matters, we’re going to line up like this and Haarberg will step back with the ball and pop a pass to a TE. THIS GAME WAS EYE CANDY FOR OPPOSING DCs.
I only count 10. At first I assumed there was a WR lined up outside the frame but I count 11 helmets on the defense. We either had an uncovered WR on a sideline or somebody got their *** chewed for not being on the field. NICE CATCH.I was just looking at that picture. Is it me not seeing or do I only see 10 red jerseys?
He got called for movement before the snap several timesI believe Remington got called in the Orange bowl against Clemson.
Remington, lolol.
Which model?
Dylan was lined up about 10 yards back, just out of the photo.I only count 10. At first I assumed there was a WR lined up outside the frame but I count 11 helmets on the defense. We either had an uncovered WR on a sideline or somebody got their *** chewed for not being on the field. NICE CATCH.
That explains it . No wander it wasn’t brought up before. I must have had a senior moment.Dylan was lined up about 10 yards back, just out of the photo.
Why. Split him out to take one DB out of the scrumDylan was lined up about 10 yards back, just out of the photo.
Ya if you split Dylan out. That would only leave 1 LB in the mix instead of 2 to help fill.Why. Split him out to take one DB out of the scrum
Better yet run him off the field and split Carter Nelson out.Ya if you split Dylan out. That would only leave 1 LB in the mix instead of 2 to help fill.
As I said that would take 1of the LB out it of the middle because they would have to shift Guys . Now if Dana wants to get real creative he sends Emmitt in Motion and that clears the other backer in the middle and HH just dives over the top.Why. Split him out to take one DB out of the scrum
I think they should have ran the fumblerooskie in that situation. Just to see if the refs were paying attention you know.As I said that would take 1of the LB out it of the middle because they would have to shift Guys . Now if Dana wants to get real creative he sends Emmitt in Motion and that clears the other backer in the middle and HH just dives over the top.
