Texas A and M created a program to bring their university more in line with non discriminatory hiring in Texas. Minority groups have been underrepresented in hiring at that university. What this means for the racists out there is that white men and/or Asians have historically been hired to the exclusion of others there, not because they were better qualified, but because they were white ( and/or to some degree Asian.) Discrimination. Real discrimination. Now that A and M is taking a small measure to make sure underrepresented groups can have access to a small number of the high paying jobs, racists are mad because they don’t want anyone other than themselves hired regardless of qualification. They want 100% exclusion of the underrepresented groups even if those applicants are more qualified Than they are. Got it. Now get this crap off of WVUs sports board you racist Nazis.
