Brandin Knight with Rutgers Basketball. Who would've thunk it?
I look forward to seeing a new improved Jonathan Laurent. Also, Williams, Laurent,Johnson, and Sanders. Just those guys alone give me a lot of hope for running the floor, and having backup.Hopefully this strength and conditioning coach is the real deal.
I stated last week that all of these guys were practicing except for Laurent when I stopped in the RAC. Dadika and Batie were also practicing.

It's "individual" workouts now. Most teams typically split that up into one day with perimeter guys and another day with low post guys.
The break em up around six baskets and the coaches, grad assistants and managers put them through workouts.

IF and that's a big IF this team stays healthy, I honestly believe we will surprise people next year by being competitive and maybe even a few upsets.
A lineup of Corey, Nigel, Laurent, Freeman and Diallo/Doorson w/ Williams as the scoring 6th man gives pikiell talent to work with..
He's confusing Freeman with Foreman.

We do need to fill out the roster and I have TOTAL confidence our new coaches are on it and will come up with some surprises !

The team was not working out together. Knight was working with Laurent, Williams and Johnson where one guy was going against one and the third was sitting out. When they stopped Jay Young worked with Freeman, Doorson and Diallo taking turns with Young telling each what they would do. As soon as one was done a second guy jumped in followed by the third so only one was working at a time with Young. I was very impressed by Knight and Young.
