Tarboro JV vs northeastern JV

Glad to see Tarboro come to EC even if it was the Jv kids. Hopefully our varsity programs could start playing yearly, that would be awesome and definitely benefit both programs.
This definitely needs to happen. I would gladly drop North edgecombe from our non-conference in exchange for northeastern I'm sure y'all would do the same with Bertie
