Tarboro Destoys Edenton

I guess the rankings just overestimated Edenton’s ability to score. This was supposed to be a 6 point game. I guess you just cannot easily gauge the strength, speed and depth of a good defense. I have seen all but two of Tarboro’s games this year. I even watched the Aces play against Manteo (the first time). I expected a closer game although I was confident Tarboro was stronger. I didn’t realize how much stronger. I am really amazed at how Well Tarboro’s defense played. The coaches had them ready for Edenton’s offense. Great job all around. Tarboro is one win away from their goal!
I left the MA game just before it ended and tuned into the radio station. The announcers were joking and laughing about how good Tarboro must be. The one guy said Holmes had a great night offensively, they more than doubled the amount of points that Tarboro gives up on average per game lol. What a special year going on down there.
