What a complete load of ********. Better than half the people here thought Lee would be a late-round pick, and some people thought he would go higher. Nice try, though.

I had my doubts, but he's got his shot. Congratulations on being picked and for helping the Huskers save face a little in this draft.

Remember the realistic fans here that thought he chose Neb over Bama and was going to be the first player picked or a 1st rounder. He can really spin it, has touch, an NFL arm, will win us 2 more games just with his smarts. Don’t always believe the local beat writers who get paid to say great things. Now don’t get me wrong, the team would be pretty easy to root for if it was not for the gigantic goof balls that are Iowa fans. I’ve heard there is plenty of talk about Nebraska over there so move along. Now me, I’ve been perma banned over there, turns out stats and facts are not popular over there.

Depends if he wanted to put in maximum effort. In hindsight couldn't hurt seeing as how he wasn't even drafted.
He might still stick given the right coaching and environment. They guy has some pretty good natural talent. He has to work his *** off this off season to get stronger. If not, he won't last long.

Agree, sacked 18 times (I think Fyfe was sacked 6 times) and roughed up repeatedly and never bagged on his line once and never acted angry. Epitome of class.
This post is mainly so that H8fullgr8 continues being triggered about Iowa fans posting here, but what does Nebraska have next year to possibly be drafted? Obviously, Stanley Morgan might be a top two rounder. Who else?
The Hawks might not have a senior drafted. There are a couple guys who could work there way in but it’s not looking likely now. There are a handful of juniors that could declare including Noah Fant. I suppose someone could come out of nowhere and have a Josh Jackson type season but I doubt that happens in consecutive years.

He's an accurate passer when he has time like most of them. He was under a lot of duress this year at Nebraska. We feel like he can come in and he's got a high ceiling because of the arm strength at the accuracy and the quick release."
