They are talking about (and seem serious) breaking away from the USA and forming their own Country. Not sure I would dissuade them! maybe a condition (in addition to their getting NOTHING from the USA during and after the 'breakup') would be that THEY fund an impenetrable wall around their ENTIRE State to keep their rif-raf contained within their borders. Break ALL ties and let them drift off into oblivion.
