Unless Flake goes 'flakey' again Joe Manchin is, once more, irrelevant. Without Joe, the vote is 50/50 and the VP casts the decoding vote. a "YES" vote from Joe, and any other Democrat interested in the well being of the USA, does not have a bearing on his being approved or not but, simply, places him (them) on the side of reason and rejection of the stance by the 'Left' against long standing principles of justice, due process, etc.
