I assume this opens the scholarship for one of the big men we have been looking at?

Seriously though, he has ability. He lost confidence. I wish him he best.

He can’t say they gave up on him, either. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a player get as many appearances despite clearly being out of sorts. They have him a bunch of chances.

Re: Jones
This completes the rather strange odyssey of the 2018 recruiting class....

He does have ability, but he seemed to put himself under too much pressure
to perform.....He never seemed relaxed...He reminded me of Barnes some
what in that regard....Neither played to their potential while they were here...

Vanover from Arkansas 7’3” from Cal is in transfer portal. Arkansas tried to get waiver this year and failed and I guess he is looking elsewhere.

If he could be immediately eligible I’d love to have him but we can’t have a sit-out player next season.

Based on what’s coming back, I bet we have at least one redshirt. If Igbanu comes back, maybe more than one.

I guess that meant he was immediately eligible at Arkansas just like KES and Haywood are “ immediately eligible “ here. Sorry to excite the audience.
