Is where this info came from. My guess is not many posters here listened to this show. Plays over 10 yards depth of target we were 9 of 10 for 198 yards and a touchdown. Plays over 20 we were 3 of 3 and actually 4 of 4 but the play that took us to the 5 yard line was called back for holding. Walley was 4 of 5 for an average of 11.2 yards. Calvin had a depth of target of 10.8 and Williams was 7.2. Woody and 6 ypc. 7 plays went over 20 yards. We only had 8 3rd downs all game. And also, of the 39 passes caught 27 were to spilt ends and slot receivers. So no we were not just dumping it off to the backs all day. Our offense was very good half of the game. Or anytime we were not committing penalties and turning the ball over.

You didn't need any kind of breakdown to see the only problem was pass protection. When the OL wasn't playing matador, the receivers found open space and Will was on target. Will just didn't have a chance to find them at times. That and the dropsies.

All of us that have concerns watch that game and wonder what happens when you put SEC caliber rushers in there and a few DB's that are on the WR corps like a duck on a junebug. From what I saw on Saturday, if the OL doesn't get a whole lot better, the only chance we have at a 6+ win season is for Russell Wilson to suit up and scramble around long enough to through rockets around the field.

ETA : Penalties and fumbles were less concerning to me in game one. If they show up next week, that's a whole other story.
