Hopefully everybody is involved. Can't wait to see the effects of Duval S&C and how it translates to results on the field.

There are a few that are still figuring out what they want to do, but yes the players are there working out but will leave for short periods on break

Summer S&C typically has two phases. Conditioning really picks up in July and as practices start the heavy weights part starts to slow down to an in-season schedule. The players are there.
