looked like a legitimate study at Brunel University in London. I did grad work there, they are thorough. It was an attempt to understand the mentality of the conservative passion to prevent change and keep the status quo, esp in regards to women and minorities. The findings reflect that (speculation here) that conservative men enjoy a non-equal environment where open competition invites winners and losers. Through a strong physical presence, conservative men feel they have an advantage in this environment.

To be clear.....these were Brits that were studied. Not Americans.
