Stats - Box Score question

Shooter misses a shot and it bangs up around the rim. Another player comes along and grabs the ball and slams it.

Does that count as an offensive rebound and a point? Or just a point?

It's only a rebound if you come down with it........here. Prince will explain it!!

And also.. it’s counted as an offensive rebound even if the player just tips it in.. so they don’t even have to grab it in the air.
