Could this year be the last State Championship games at College stadiums and Arenas? Q Tucker said that was prob how it would have to go in this new Era! Years ago they alternated east and west for Championship games on home fields or gyms!

I went to the 79' 2A Championship at Clayton, been to Midway in 85' and saw Swain hand Currituck their only loss in Bryson. I personally liked going to play at a packed school.

If that were to be done at all, it should be based on highest rated RPI getting the home game, not some predetermined East/west mess. That game is too important to give a team a huge travel/home advantage.
And there should be a minimum seating capacity…maybe at least 8,000.
Personally I think it should not be at any high school.

8,000 seats at a 1a? That take out 90% of 1a schools.
