Me starting a thread to rank our baseball uniforms, wanting feedback from others opinions on it- about something fun and visual that literally represents the team on the field every game isn’t irony. A set of new baseball uniforms like this is probably $2,000-$3,000. The uniforms are the least of our worries with regards to wasted money. That’s like 0.03% of the budget. We could buy new uniforms every week and it wouldn’t move the needle on the deficit or wasted NIL.
The real irony isn’t me starting a thread about the uniforms. It’s you- supposedly a diehard MSU baseball fan, rolling into a thread literally about State baseball, acting like ranking the jerseys or commenting on them is somehow beneath you. If you’re that big a fan, you’d be in here ranking commenting whatever. You’d be arguing why the maroon piping on the solid blacks I made were a yay or a nah.
If uniforms are beneath a baseball fan, then what exactly is your level? Watching the game with the sound off so the commentary doesn’t ruin the purity?

Yeah, not getting into a "Who's a better/bigger fan/donor?" with anyone.
I....No, we, all just want you to STFU about baseball funding and go back to your identity crisis.

And the majority of us don't care about your opinion on the matter, regardless if you are or aren't.
We're here to enjoy, and all too often, commiserate State athletics together. If we didn't want to share these moments (high & low), seasons, years, etc with each other, we wouldn't be here.
What's your goal?
Rally support? Divert funding in a manner you see fit?
Whatever your goal, it isn't working.
You've simply made this board less about why we're all here, and all about you.
P.S. Try a baseball player as your next incognito convoluted handle, mayhaps you'll have more success.
