Frost is by far the biggest issue so I’m not sure what firing his buddies will do.
Also, if he didn’t do any “soul searching” after his first two losing seasons he never will. The guys ego is bigger than the Grand Canyon. He ain’t changing. He will probably go to bed thinking he called a fantastic game tonight.

Frost needs to check his ego and admit he's over his head . Then start looking for all the proven help he can get.
The talent on the team is there - Pat Fitzgerald even said as much. The results on the field continue to be less than impressive. This is on the coaches. I am not in favor of firing Frost, but he needs to start making some changes in personnel, on and off the field.
