He was cheering , helping , and was happy for Braxton when he was in there. A lot of qbs would have went and sat on the bench and could care less about the other guy . Brin was engaged the whole time , definitely a team player.

Did you see Monty talking to Brin ? Looked him straight in the eyes and I think said something like “ Its ok, your injured, you do not have ruin the season on this game”. It looked like a great Dad talk. Have to give Monty credit for that!
This is one of Monty’s greatest strengths. He cares about his players as human beings and not just commodities. This group seems to have a special type of cohesion and that starts with the head coach.
