Check out this video where Corey's crew tapes practice. I hate when people bash on Flood, so I'm def a big hypocrite for posting this and calling out the previous staff but I just don't see competitiveness & discipline here. I understand a lot of this does have to do with the fact that we don't have a practice team to play against...but still

Looks like the warm-up to practice. Just some drills and shooting around. Unless I missed part of the video.

Having said that I have been told that coach Jordan's practices we're very much an NBA type of practice.

Any member of the roster that has only played for Coach Jordan at Rutgers is about to work harder than he has probably ever worked in his entire life.

Mike Wlliams is up for it. Don't know about the other guys!

I stopped the video at the 2:30 mark. He seems more interested in personal records than in being part of a winning team. As long as he gets his points he seems happy.

Will be interesting to see how Coach Pikiell and Sanders coexist next season.

WOW... Mentioned his stats and records a lot. But why in the world does EJ allow him to be making a video at practice? I don't see that happening under SK.

I want Corey to stay but only if he buys in to SK system.

I mentioned this in another thread. Former RU players were humble and would always say they would take the win over a personal record.

He is very hard to understand. It's a Florida thing.

Eddie didn't teach rebounding, it's not a surprise his practice were lax. You could tell by watching them play that practices weren't competitive.

LOL nah it's a Lakeland, Florida thing. Plenty of people in Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Boca (I could go on) wouldn'tunderstand most of what he's saying.

Look, Corey bounced around from HS to HS so much that he's never been in a program long enough to experience a winning culture. The closest he came to it was his senior season at West Oaks Academy (where his AAU Coach/Director) is a teacher and the girls hoops coach. So even at that school he had someone looking out for him so to speak.

Does he want to win? Yes. Does he know how to lead a team? I don't think so. Even on his successful AAU team he wasn't the leader or best player. At RU he's suddenly expected to lead, not everyone slides into that role smoothly.

This post was strictly to criticize the practice...from what I've heard the players respect Sanders a lot and that this bragging thing is really just for his show. Also, the crew was in NJ only once and he only interacts with them during pre-practice/shootouts

This is the whole AAU mentality believe me Sanders is not the only one that thinks this way. Guess it's the reason college coach's get paid so much.
