Softball: TU/OU Game Thread

Their backup pitcher is just as good in my opinion. Still in it though, just put some hits together!
Anyone else surprised that Watson only pitched 10 innings over the three day regional? Thought for sure we would see her in relief against Mizzou on Sunday. Guess we thought we could save her for a possible rematch against OU Sunday evening? Figured she could have thrown 3 against Mizzou and started against OU.
Coach did the same thing with Amy Creger she had been pitching great and chose to go with...I believe Sill against heavy favorite Baylor. Baylor used only one pitcher every game. Wish we had done the same with Creger.
This team finished the year respectable. Overachieved. Would have never beat OU two games in a row. OU is stacked with best girls in the country...at least I think their all girls. They should win it all again.

Yeah I'm not sure why he didn't go with Watson, especially after pochop struggled. Really going to need a pitcher to emerge or its going to be a tough next season
