The intelligence community is 100% affirming Russia hacked the DNC's server. But they never had the server in their possession to inspect it.

Both the FBI and DHS asked for the DNC server which the DNC refused to turn over. The DNC hired a group to investigate and share its findings with the FBI. What was the DNC so afraid of that they would not turn that server over to the FBI or DHS? Interesting to say the least.
