He's 22. Allowing for eight hours sleep, there are 16 hours left in the day; even a young 20s body can't condition and train for 16 hours. Plenty of time to stay in shape and still have fun nights.

2. Were these on weeknights, and if so, shouldn't you be at home those nights so you could get a good night's rest for your job.
