I don't think Goode has the ability to play at this level.

With all the injuries, it's hard to tell what Doorson, Diallo and Freeman would have been meant to the team...but you have to agree it would have been better than what we've got. Add a disabled Laruent in the mix, and EJ has 7 players....and can't even start his best player / best scorer: Sanders? Unbelievable.

Suggest EJ save the humble pie routine for his star frosh at his next stop...without Sanders this team doesn't score 40 a night...maybe not even 35!

This is very sad!

Why do we constantly have to post negative threads? We were like midgets playing against Maryland with 4 bigs out and 3 possibly gone for the season. At one point our biggest guy was 6'4"Omari Grier and Maryland had 7'1" and 6'10" or 6'11". It is tough to compete like that. I hope our kids stick together and we get a few respectable recruits in May and the team can stay healthy next year.

Rutgers basketball...always setting the bar so damn high.
Frankly, just like my New York Giants....Rutgers needs a new GM. Player acquisition has been pathetic for years.

Knights, I wasn't negative. I'm actually cutting EJ some slack since there are 3-4 players out of action.

On the other hand, the player I singled out just doesn't seem to be able to compete or add any value. Perhaps if he dropped down a level he'd be a star. But he seems to slow, tentative and
doesn't really produce (where's his shot?).

Sorry, but it hurts watching RU be destroyed....when in the 60's, 70's,,80's-early 90's RU was considered a basketball school (e.g. Llloyd, Valvano, Graecen, Sellers, EJ, Dabney, Bailey, Copeland, Anderson, Hinson, Battle, Troy, Hughes, Duncan, Riggins .....).
