My stepson is still the smallest center I've ever seen on a field at this age. We are permanent shotgun, and his snaps are dead on everytime, with speed. Then he blocks like a guy 50 pounds heavier. Nose's should be able to toss him around, but they don't. Spring ball, coach saw that he's put on a lot of speed for a white boy, and will be having him play some of our blowout games at wide receiver/corner.

Just had our first fall meeting. My head coach has accepted the offer to a local JV high school team, and head coach in waiting in 2-3 years, when the other guy retires. My stepson will be playing middle school ball next year, if any, leaving me in the stands for him. My head coach wants me in the booth for him during his games. So I will be a high school OC it looks like. We designed his JV offense for this coming year, which will be exact same as our 12u runs.

Our team, because of local politics and lack of population, we moved our practice field 3 years ago to the edge of a local city. It ends up that we have half country boys and half inner city boys. We've learned that the two groups can get along absolutely great, and some have become best friends. (Some of our black coaches have told us that CP Time is a real thing, and they weren't offended by that Hillary joke at all). Seeing this interaction, and seeing the hope instilled in some of the inner city boys, is what I'm most proud of. I hope this organization carries this on in the future after this bunch has left.

Oh, we won our spring tournament. OC called an awesome last 2 minute drive and 2 point conversion to win it 8-7. Said OC wanted to move to that personnel package one drive before, but head coach shot him down. It ended up almost being too late. It is fun though when you're head coach tells you to get your 2 point play lined up at around the 30, and you can tell him, "coach, I know how we're going to score, and score the 2 point play. I got this."

I should add, Doom helped me so much that first year when I had no clue at all what I was doing as an OC. I still don't have even a pinky's worth of knowledge compared to him, but now I can at least do more than up the middle, up the middle, incomplete pass, punt.

Robeert wouldn't reply to this, knew it had to be you. Out of all of that, that's what you come up with? Go find someone else's jock to sniff.

Summer workouts 5th fastest on team. First or second fastest white boy, they haven't went one-one yet, but they are 4th and 5th. First three are far faster than them. Statement stands.

Congratulations. It's always great to see kids work hard and reap the rewards.
