Alright guys, it’s that time of the year. Ready for a good season of football. Hope everyone’s teams have a good year and all players stay healthy!! That being said, the pickem this year will consist of all SMC games and I think I’m probably gonna do 2 or 3 out of conference games that are of interest. So, here’s your week 1 picks!

-Swain @ North Buncombe
-Cherokee vs Smoky Mountain

-Robbinsville @ Asheville High…..Radford is building a program I’ll give him that but Walsh has it rolling. Might go watch this game and be eating crow on the way back.

-Andrews @ Hickory Hawks….Andrews is legit this year, I have seen them. Will make some noise in the SMC

-Murphy vs Franklin ….It seems Franklin always plays Murphy well. I’m going with the Pro I over the Spread Wing…Just cause I can

-Swain @ North Buncombe…..I’ve seen both of these teams practice Swain should win this game, new coach will be a good one for Swain.

-Hayesville vs Towns County…no clue

-Brevard vs Pisgah
-Mitchell @ Erwin
-Rosman @ East Henderson

And they have a 60 man roster this year compared to 25 last year. That’s quite a jump and a little suspicious

I see that on their web site….which is really nice btw.

However, It does say NCSD on Max Preps.

I hope Andrews knows where to go!😂
