This is JMO......but no (regarding the question on a dedicated channel). No reason I know NOT to release such a channel at this time along with the other three; so I'm not sure why I'd be enthused about it happening anytime in the near future.
Looks to me channels 199 and 200 are dedicated to the Big 12. Unfortunately, we haven't been on either station much lately even when one of them is not broadcasting while we are playing. Puzzling.
