They went on sale to Rams Club members at 10 this morning, and go on sale to the public at 10 tomorrow morning.

I took a quick look, and tickets are available in sec 104-106, 116 and 117. I know they have moved some season ticket holders out of 104-106 in the past couple of years, because 104 is used for visiting team seats in the regular season, and 105-106 are used for visiting team seats in postseason games.

I got an email this morning; best I could tell, that's the only way to get the pre-sale link. Check your spam folder; if you can't find the email, call the ticket office & they should be able to help you out.

Picked up great seats for UVA, dook, and L’ville! I also could only get it to work by clicking the link in the email.

Doesn’t make a lot of sense to push season ticket holders into 114-116 while holding 105 and 106 open for individual games. Well I mean I guess unless you’re trying to take advantage of people wanting to buy season tickets and make more money selling higher priced individual game tickets.

But who is even buying those for games other than ECU? Really going to be stupid when our STMs are way down in left field and half the infield bowl is purple and gold. Thankfully we don’t play state at home this year, they would eat all those tickets up.

Put STMs in 105/106 with the caveat they will be in 114-116 for the post season when necessary. Hold back enough seats in 114-116 to accommodate. It just takes a little transparency and communication.

And yet even if they did everything EXACTLY as you requested, I can guarantee we would have people here whining about having their regional seats moved from 105 to 116.

I’ll have two season tickets. I’m sure there will be many occasions they won’t get used by my crowd so BOLO for those availabilities…..

they are in 114 so might not be good enough for some here tho 😂. (I kid I kid…)

That's a pretty strong indictment of our fanbase, considering only Rams Club members had access to buy on Wednesday, and anyone could buy starting yesterday.

There are two reasons why so many ECU fans will be in Boshamer for that game. Neither of them reflect well on our fanbase:

1. UNC season ticket holders will sell / give tickets to their ECU friends, and Rams Club members will order extra single game tickets for them.
2. Baseball means more to the ECU fans than it does to our fans.

Again, communication and transparency. There is little to none of it in the baseball ticket process. Allow people the option to pick left field line and same seat for regional, or infield bowl but will need to move for regional. It would require a little more work but will keep the infield bowl from being half ecu/state/opposing fans.

One 24 hour window midweek where the email didn’t even go out to all rams club members or ended up in their spam box? (Same thing has happened in years past; I’ve had to call the box office and have them send me the link. Thankful that folks on here post about it)

NC state holds the UNC and ECU games back for WPC members for weeks before going out to the public. I’m just saying it doesn’t make sense to me.

Well one reason our fans don't buy up early baseball tickets for games like ECU is basketball is still in full swing and ECU has absolutely nothing else going on in the early spring/ late winter as their basketball team is terrible.

Any clue as to which dug out we’ll be in at DBAP?
I like to sit by the bullpen. Last year we were in the visitor side.

That's one hell of a cop-out. It definitely doesn't explain why so many ECU fans were sitting in the prime seats in Boshamer when we hosted them in a Super Regional. Last time I checked, basketball isn't played in June.

As for this year, the home game with ECU is on a Sunday. Our men don't play that day, and while the women are at home, I doubt that has much impact on baseball attendance by our fans. Personally, I'll be at women's hoops at noon, and then make the short walk from Carmichael to Boshamer to watch the rest of the baseball game.

You obviously don't have to believe me, but I stand by my opinion that baseball means more to their fan base than to ours. In addition, beating us means more to their fans than beating them means to ours.

Because season ticket holders were locked out and only big rams could get tickets. The demand for Baseball tickets is ridiculous high now in the postseason. Look at the secondary market and if I recall correctly that's why people are buying season tickets for the guaranteed seats in the postseason. The conservation 76 was about the early season games vs ECU . Unfortunately a lot of people are not going to sit out in 40 degrees weather and watch baseball. Glad to see what ever I post you still attack . Another reason is the Carolina game means more to ECU than the ECU game means to Carolina fans that's just a fact.

i appreciate your opinion, however, i have to disagree ... i suggest there are too many "opportunist" UNC baseball "fans" ... too many "fans" buy tix, just to sell post season tickets ... just my opinion based on may experience with seats around me ... i realize this is purely an anecdotal pov

Pretty sure that is EXACTLY what I said in my previous post:

"I stand by my opinion that baseball means more to their fan base than to ours. In addition, beating us means more to their fans than beating them means to ours."

In addition to actually making my point, you have now moved the goalposts on your original claim, which was ECU fans buy the tickets instead of UNC fans because of basketball season. Now you are saying it's because our fans won't sit outside when it is 40 degrees. Yet again, you make my point that baseball means more to the ECU fans than to the UNC fans. I would say quit while you are ahead, except you have never been ahead in this discussion / argument.

I heard that there aren't very many single game tickets available for the rest of the season due to season ticket sales being so high and people purchasing them when they became available. As far as the 2009 super regional vs ECU, season ticket holders where left out and people who had purchased tickets to the regional tournament the weekend before were left out. Thats why Coach Fox got it fixed and guaranteed season ticket holders their seats in the postseason. The fan base wanted to come to the Super but Big Rams wanting to impress their ECU friends got them tickets and pushed real UNC baseball fans out.
