Boot into DOS mode, type "FORMAT C:" and then hit "Y" at the prompt. Wait about 30 minutes and reboot. Should solve the problem.

Go online and change your credit card info and when they can't bill you for the next month, they will cancel you.

The problem is that it's an annual subscription and even if they cancel it they still bill for the year unless you change your CC number.

I think if you post enough links to competitor rankings of recruits, etc....the issue sort of takes care of itself.
