Disappointed to see him go. On the other hand, there are only so many footballs that will be thrown only so many times to so many players. I don't have the foggiest if the WR Room is better or worse or the same as the last 1,3,5 or 10 years. Wish him the best wherever Brown ends up.

I don't believe he was practicing with the team this Spring by his own choice so it comes as little surprise. Had he come back he would have been way behind the others in a very competitive room.

Correct he was not with the team. Good luck to him but we have quite a few more we have to part ways with.

Betts, Vic Jones Jr, Janiran Bonner, and Shawn Hardy are the 4 remaining high school WRs out of the 17 that Frost recruited... These 4 are the only ones left that could finish their eligibility at NU, as none of the others have...

Tough to earn snaps going forward. He played quite a bit but wasn't very productive. Betts sat out a year but look at the numbers....
