I'm not usually one to complain about referees, but agreed. This is terrible. Flags aren't being thrown until after plays are over (in instances where they should be) and often not until the refs have discussed it for unnecessary amounts of time.
This is almost as bad as the referee from Mussleman a couple years ago who was sporting a Mussleman hat during the game.

Don't get me started on refs at Musselman! Blowing a play dead because they tackled the guy the handoff was faked too, meanwhile the quarterback is running free in the secondary with the ball.
