I saw some Penn State podcasters worried that Penn State might lose some players after spring practice to the “shadow portal”.Apparently after spring they are scared some players might just transfer schools and walk on to a new school.Like everything else that has happened the NCAA is fearful they would lose if taken to court.At this point what could possibly happen thst would surprise you.

Yeah. Players don't HAVE to go through the portal. You can just leave and enroll at a new school. The portal being closed doesn't really stop anything.

If there's a "shadow portal" I wonder if there's also a "Deep Portal."
