Do you think they would be close? SGA is astronomically better at this point than any player in CBB. He would require at least a double team every single possession, so RU would be getting wide open 3s or layups every time on offense

no. Michigan has 4 future NBA players on it. Don’t think any one player can’t carry a team - except maybe prime LeBron (and he’d average like 60 ppg).

Sga? He's unstoppable in the nba lol..I don't care if it's Michigan or Nebraska or whoever, he would score 50 most games and would make others play better. Although the guy is being dramatic, adding a sga or joker or Giannis or any nba MVP caliber player to a college roster is a cheat code..

That would be typical Pike. SGA is a 39% 3 point shooter. He would need 2 SGAs. One to drive to the basket and draw the defense, and the other to actually make an open shot off of the kick out.

Flagg and Knueppel are arguably both top 50 players in the NBA and even they, alongside a handful of other future NBA guys, couldn’t win the title last year.

There’s not a single future high-level pro on this team. SGA would get blitzed every possession and we don’t have the complimentary talent to take advantage of those 4-on-3 situations. I’m sure we’d be capable of pulling an upset or two in a tournament setting but we wouldn’t rattle off 6+ wins in a row with this supporting cast

I know you guys don't watch the NBA so maybe it's hard to understand the level of player sga is right now. Comparing him to a rookie or freshman year cooper flagg or Kong kneueppel is not accurate. not saying the team would automatically win the national championship but any power 4 team could play with and defeat any top 10 team with the addition of sga. The man is unstoppable, gets to the rim at will, his mid range is almost automatic, excellent free throw shooter, 6'8 defensive stopper that avg 33 pts a game in the NBA lol

Name your NBA star, or two. They have the benefit of other NBA players on their teams who have proven the ability to score and/or defend at the pro level. None of them are stiffs.

Not one Rutgers player will ever set foot on an NBA court. No matter which two NBA players who you put in a Rutgers uniform, the supporting cast would still be helpless/hapless/useless and the team still wouldn’t have a prayer against top college teams. How many rebounds would SGA get? How many college players could he defend at the same time ?

Any Two NBA stars would be playing 2 on 5 on offense, not even 3 on 5 because Francis would be a spectator like most everybody else is on the team now.
